A DAY IN THE LIFE

Develop and implement omnichannel category action plans aimed at driving growth for both the market and our brands (achieving over-proportional growth versus the market). This involves developing win-win partnership strategies with our clients, adapting the product mix, and optimizing category shelf-reordering, all supported by market insights and shopper studies.

• Ensure and develop joint category action plans in collaboration with customers.
• Define merchandising and display guidelines for our brands at our retail partners.
• Leverage domestic and international category insights to provide actionable knowledge to the division and our clients.
• Lead cross-category projects and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-4 years of experience in Commercial areas.
• Bachelor degree in business administration. 
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Be curious and task oriented.
• SAP - Nielsen
• Excel
