Do you want to elevate the luxury beauty experience across the Norwegian market? Then you might be just the one we are looking for to strengthen our Luxury Products Division as the Retail Area Supervisor located in Oslo, Norway.

Your mission 

We are looking for a Retail Area Supervisor to strengthen the Retail team in our L'Oréal Luxe division in Oslo, Norway, for a fixed-term cover position. In this role, you will be responsible for a district – both on operation tasks and sell out.

You will report to the Norwegian Retail Unit Manager and work closely together with the local brand teams and with your colleagues in the Norwegian Omni Field team. You will build a strong relationship with the Retailers store managers and Beauty advisors in the stores.

Key job responsibilities 

You will…

  • Be responsible for a given district with Omni doors, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Be responsible for the Oslo area plus one remote district, which requires travel approximately once per quarter.
  • Secure sell-out in your district according to budget, both in total and per key brands/skincare category.
  • Perform active sell-out and services to demonstrate best practices. This includes the ability to apply makeup and perform skin analyses on customers.
  • Animate and organize in-store events linked to the trade plan to drive engagement.
  • Secure launch visibility and ensure space is optimized according to brand guidelines.
  • Conduct in-store training on our brands to upskill store staff.
  • Secure a close and professional relationship with Store Managers and Beauty Advisors in your district.
  • Be available to work every other Saturday to support store activities.

We are looking for 

You are…

  • Result-driven and have proven strong results from a background in sales (Beauty Retail or similar). It is an advantage if you can showcase specific sales achievements.
  • You are organized, structured, and driven by KPIs and performance analysis.
  • You are solution oriented and possess strong knowledge of Retail excellence and brand expression/execution.
  • You possess basic knowledge of Excel to handle reporting and structure efficiently.
  • You are a relationship builder who connects easily with both consumers and Retailers.
  • You are proactive and creative, acting as a “doer” who understands how to optimize the stores in your district effectively.
  • You have a valid driver's license.
  • You are fluent in Norwegian and have strong speaking and understanding skills in English.
  • You are based in the Greater Oslo area.
