What You Will Do:
This position will focus on building & growing the D2C business for Redken. As the Ecommerce AVP, your focus will be to drive both the Acquisition & Retention business. The role will collaborate with the VP of PPD D2C Ecommerce and Marketing team to ensure that we met our sales goals, ROI, and promotional plans. This position will need to have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage internal and external resources to bring projects to life, while maintaining a result driven approach. This person should have strong communication skills and understand how to prioritize projects. The individual must be pro-active and can work well independently and, in a team, setting. In addition, the AVP will work closely with Brand Marketing, Merchandising, CRM, Content, Supply Chain/Demand Planning, IT, Customer service and the DMI.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
• 10-15 years’ experience in digital marketing focused on driving sales and growth with measurable results. Agency experience a plus. Preferred at least 3-year experience working in SEM, Retargeting, Media, and Affiliates
• Experience building new sites from scratch
• Experience setting up and maintaining campaigns
• Basic Technical knowledge with experience working with 3rd party integrations, tagging and pixels
• Must be highly organized and adapt to change as needed
• Clear understanding of full customer journey
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across a matrixed environment
• Strong project management skills
• Demonstrates strong digital vision
• Willingness to learn new technologies and platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide optimization recommendations
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Excellent organizational skills with avid attention to detail and follow through.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, negotiation skills
• Proven ability in successfully running multiple projects
• Ability to self-motivate, work independently, and as part of a team
• Experience developing creative briefs and project briefs for agencies and creative teams
• Bachelors’ degree required
• Advanced PC skills (MS Word, Microsoft Outlook Calendar & E-Mail, Excel, Power Point)

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range: $145,300-$207,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
