Oversee Social Commerce business for Active Cosmetics Division Brands (Vichy, La Roche Posay, SkinCenticals & Cerave) including promotion and activities, traffic activation plan and channel awareness, influencer & affiliate management, store operation.
Plan monthly commercial and activities.
Forecasting & monitoring inventory with Supply Chain to ensure ATP for total Social Commerce channels
Coordinate with E-Marketing (Media & e-merchandising) for customer acquisition, conversion monitoring, traffic performance.
Manage social commerce promotion cost for sustainable growth.
Cooperate with Social Commerce internal team to ensure all plans and activities work effectively
Seek for new opportunities and initiatives.
Good understanding and sensitivity towards consumer online behavior, beauty and skincare trends.
2-4 years of relevant work experience in eCommerce industry/ Digital marketing/Data analyst
Strong digital marketing experience, particularly in the areas of Social media (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube), website management.
Good analytical skills & CRM experience is a plus
Extremely detail-orientated and able to manage multiple priorities
