What You Will Learn: 

Responsible for the planning and execution of merchandising in stores to drive sales, create consistency across all consumer touchpoints/channels, and achieve a best-in-class consumer experience.

  • Manage end to end planning, operations, and execution of merchandising in stores, including launches, seasonal updates and new merchandising formats.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account and brand marketing teams to deliver a merchandising vision as it relates to always-on and promotional merchandising.
  • Oversee execution of merchandising operations including shipment of factices and testers, pricing updates, and account-specific assortment and distribution lists
  • Consistently audits and updates distribution master files to ensure door-by-door accuracy of store footprints 
  • Ensure on time and effective execution– from concept creation, to manufacturing, through shipping – for all merchandising.
    • Work alongside Manager Omni Merchandising and brand marketing teams to develop plans to engage consumers with merchandising experience.
    • Key liaison with creative and purchasing team to ensure on-time and on-budget execution & delivery in store.
    • Review & approve briefs, renderings, DTOs to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure in-store presence is consistent and optimized across categories & across account hubs; ensure consistency with digital experience.
  • Analyze what’s working/what’s not from holistic Wholesale point of view to find ways to optimize in changing retail environment. Partner with field teams to gain ongoing feedback on implementation and effectiveness.

What We Are Looking For: 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 2-3 years brand management experience, preferable with Merchandising experience
  • Strong origination & project management skills
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills and forecasting experience
  • Strong execution, collaboration, and consensus building skills
  • Computer literacy on Windows, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to travel domestically periodically (max 10%)
  •   Judgment and Decision Making:
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.

·        Salary Range:  $81,300 – $113,800  (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
