This role is responsible for establishing a strong link between IT Strategy & Execution by leveraging Enterprise Architecture Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Finance & Supply Chain domain activities within the Enterprise Architecture scope. This includes:
- Business capabilities/processes analysis
- Technology evaluation
- Application roadmap planning/solutioning
- Data governance/integration
- Privacy & security by design
- Advise and recommend enterprise architecture strategies, blueprints, principles, patterns, processes, and methodologies.
- Drive enterprise architecture design authority governance with project architects/managers to ensure architectural compliance.
- Research market/competition/emerging technologies and recommend technologies, standards, methods & tools for both long-term strategic & short-term tactical business objectives.
- Lead and guide IT & business stakeholders on the target enterprise capability blueprint.
- Provide architecture recommendations for:
- Cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Enterprise integration patterns (API, Event, ESB)
- Business Intelligence (GCP) / Master Data Management technologies
Required Work Experience:
- 8-12 years of strong technology experience
- At least 3 years of experience specifically in enterprise architecture
Preferred Skills/Profile:
- Experience developing and delivering an enterprise-wide technology architecture plan that achieves application simplification and standardization.
- Strong experience and knowledge in the CPG industry, including enterprise solution design and delivery of applications/technologies related to Finance and Supply Chain business capabilities:
- Order to Cash
- Forecast to Stock
- Procure to Pay
- Record to Report business processes.
- Essential: SAP ERP (S4) experience with strong knowledge of Demand/Supply Planning, OMS, WMS & TMS technologies.
- A plus: Omni-Channel Ecommerce, CRM, Retail, Sales & Marketing application design and delivery experience.
- Ability to create impactful presentations that effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A passion and enthusiasm for technology.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and build the enterprise architecture function "from scratch."
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to influence indirectly, work effectively with cross-functional teams, and drive change.
- Ability to manage both short-term and long-term goals.
- Project management and process experience, including accurate estimation of resources, timeframes, and budgets.
- Fluent English speaker.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technology experience.
- Certified practitioner in industry-recognized standards such as:
- Open Group TOGAF
- SAP S4/HANA
