Your mission… 

As Online Brand Manager for our #1 brand recommended by dermatologist, La Roche-Posay, you are the driving force behind our online brand expression and engagement with consumers. You are responsible to communicate La Roche-Posay’s expertise and medicality across several online touchpoints such as, Search, CRM, E-commerce, media and owned media channels. Your mission is to grow the brands visibility online, to ensure their excellent execution on e-retail, to drive performance media, to engage in e-commerce activations. You will contribute to grow the 1P data by linking paid and organic search, CRM and relevant consumer insights, to build excellent, optimized and connected online brand experiences for our consumers. A key aspect of the role is to be able to develop impeccable content that represents the brand’s medical anchorage and heritage. The role reports to the Nordic Brand Director of La Roche-Posay & CeraVe. 


You will… 

  • Develop the overall online brand strategy to increase brand visibility and consumer engagement 
  • Be Responsible for brand consistency and brand DNA across owned and external online channels 
  • Ensure that the brand’s medical anchorage and heritage is translated on all the touchpoints you’re responsible for 
  • Be the driving force behind the execution of brand activations on e-retail and ensure perfect brand expression on e-retailer’s platforms
  • Be responsible for parts of paid media activations linking to e-retail & our own website 
  • Be responsible of brand websites: content, maintenance, performance, and budget allocation 
  • Develop and execute long-term CRM strategy, leveraging 1P data, including content / HTML development, database growth, retention, activation initiatives as well as execute CRM initiatives to generate and activate online consumer profiles 
  • Own the organic search (SEO) & paid search strategy and implementation in alignment with agency and Digital team 
  • Be responsible the websites GDPR and data privacy compliance across our digital consumer touchpoints 
  • Collaborate across brand teams, medical team and LDB & the group’s digital community to link and optimize multi-touchpoint consumer-centric approaches


You are... 

  • You have minimum of +2-3 years of experience from a similar digital role 
  • You are able to develop online strategies and are result-driven 
  • You have an understanding of digital marketing, e-retail business, CRM and online platforms  
  • You have experience with digital marketing/media, CRM and content management  
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are able to translate consumer data into business opportunities
  • You have strong collaboration skills and are able to interact and spar with stakeholders across the organization
  • Expert in analyzing performance, digital KPI’s, developing insights to consistently optimize strategies & improve performance
  • You are fluent in English and preferably in one of the Nordic languages
