Overview:
This role will own and drive vision for the consumer experience and engagement to maximize innovation. Responsible for the global strategies for content, social, events and influencers, and communicating the innovation storytelling through local activation guidelines. Responsible for content creation to drive authentic, diverse, and elevated brand aesthetic on platforms. Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing, and partnering closely with local markets, this role is instrumental in growing consumer connection and brand love.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the Brand image; ensuring its consistency and long-term reputation
• Owns the global strategies and guidelines driving consumer experience and engagement
• Drives global brand events & influencer strategies
• Responsible for the Brand’s visibility strategy and engagement on social networks
• Makes actionable recommendations for the local marketing teams
• In charge of ideating and pitching creative content concepts to management
• Develops and oversees execution of consumer-centric content with input from Marketing and local markets
• Manages the relationship with production agencies: includes briefing of content shoot, managing feedback and edits between brand & agency and ensuring on time & on budget deliverables
• Works with countries to ensure relevancy of projects locally
• Identifies digital innovations to maintain competitive edge
• Be at the forefront of what is happening in the space and propose new platforms to enter and first to market programs
• Ensures the feasibility and profitability of projects and manages the content budget ensuring we optimize and spend wisely
• Manages one direct report (JMA)
Job Requirements:
Education/Experience:
• 7-10 years’ experience in communications, social media and/or PR for a brand (in-house or agency)
• Experience with content creation and managing shoots is a must
• Experience with managing an agency is a must
• Experience working within the Multi-Cultural beauty landscape is a must
• Marketing related experience is highly desired, but not required
• Strong knowledge of category strategy, consumer, local market needs, and development
• Experience with social tools/influencer tools like Net Base, Rival IQ, Sprinklr and Traackr

• Ability to partner with CMO and Marketing, working closely with both as well as sister brands
