What You Will Do:

As a Director, you will develop a 3-year growth plan for Phyto serum, the #3 product of Skinceuticals, and #1 Skinceuticals serum in China, including new campaign and new product development.

  • Work in collaboration with our Creative team to craft new campaign every year and with digital team to develop a full funnel of digital assets.
  • Collaborate with China marketing team and our China DMI Hub to find new activation angle for Phyto.
  • Work with R&I on new claims to support the Phyto pillar and work on future formulas for the franchise.
  • Manage direct report, in charge of the anti-discoloration products of SkinCeuticals. This direct report is in charge of developing a 3-year growth plan on Discoloration Defense, a strategic category for the brand. This scope includes working on new communications and developing innovations.  

 

 

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of related healthcare marketing experience, with 3-5 years prior experience in global marketing and/or product development in consumer-packaged goods, Pharmaceuticals or Medical Aesthetics; professional skincare and/or luxury experience is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Medical organization with preference for dermatology and/or Medical Aesthetics 
  • Experience in Medical/Cosmetic Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, and/or Facial Aesthetic disciplines strongly desired.
  • 2+ years prior experience managing a team, and expertise in working collaboratively across functions
  • Experience working collaboratively with labs and partners on new product or renovations through their life cycle
  • Experience briefing and managing internal and external creative partners (including agencies) to bring creative concepts to life
  • Presentation skills: ability to influence internal and external stakeholders through persuasive presentations
  • Leadership skills: ability to demonstrate leadership within brand team and cross-functional partners
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills (written and oral), and strong proficiency with PowerPoint 
  • Demonstrates L’Oréal Competencies: Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Achiever, and Innovator

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range: $140,100 - $203,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
