Job Summary
L’Oréal North America’s Transformation Office is looking for a highly motivated Director, Transformation to work collaboratively across stakeholders to manage the organization’s portfolio of projects, including the end-to-end demand management process. They serve as a liaison to executive leaders, support program/project managers, direct the resource pool, and lead the coordination of programs and projects across the transformation portfolio. The ideal candidate has strong analytical, critical thinking, and creative capabilities, the desire and ability to excel as an integrated leader and is comfortable working in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment.
