E-Commerce Key Account Manager

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Acceleration of sell-in and sell-out on different Pure Player platforms
• Owning the retailer partnership incl. joint KPIs and activation calendar
• Managing the retailer P&L including investments and ROI tracking

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Joint business planning and tracking
  • Building and aligning a winning strategy and annual activation calendar
  • Ensuring sufficiency of paid media activations
  • Regular tracking and data analysing of progress and sufficiency
  • Delivering the monthly and quarterly sales, growth and market share targets
  • Define right assortment and investment strategy
  • Partnering with brand teams to ensure visibility of key products and new launches
  • Partnering with the retailer(s) on executions, big events and new ideas

  • TECHNICAL, PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
  • Solid Commercial & Digital understanding and sensitivity
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Sound communication skills (written & verbal), coupled with the effective ability to interact with people at all levels
  • Team player – support the team objectives / sales goals
  • Reliable, energetic, proactive, punctual & able to work independently
  • Demonstrate business understanding and ability to analyse data and generate insights
  • Results driven
  • Knowledge of market, customer expectations and brand(s)
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Sales ethics and sensitivity to legal issues and competition law
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 2-3 years of E-Commerce experience, preferably with South African Pure Players
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Commercial and/or Marketing experience
