You will....

• Drive brand building, market share and sales through innovative, trendy, and differentiated marketing campaigns and retail partnerships
• Adapt global brand strategies to resonate with local consumers, leveraging deep market insights and trend.
• Drive and lead ownership of total IMC for New Product Launch and Pillars
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented and experimental culture across multiple pillars:
  • Product marketing
  • Media, digital & advocacy
  • Brand activation
• Dare to try new things and populate learnings for continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and maximize business impact

You have...

• 6-8 years working experience as Brand Manager 
• Experiences as People Manager
• Proficient in English
• Bachelor's degree in any major 
• Confidence in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
• Interested on beauty industry (especially K-Beauty)
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• Passion for innovation and trendsetting.
