BACKGROUND:
We are looking for a highly self-motivated, self-starter individual with a passion for driving bioactives & biologics discovery with a solid experience as a Pharmaceutical Scientist to join our advanced research, D3I-Bioactives and Biologics team. The ideal candidate is should have a strong background in either chemistry or preferably biology, and medical pharmacology, and will be responsible for the exploration, discovery, development of novel therapeutics in the field of Immunology, Inflammation and Neuroscience and as well to transform key bioactives and biologics within the new medical frontiers in dermatological sciences. His/Her responsibilities will also include spotting external technologies, managing strategic alliance with external industrial players on a unique technology/concept that unifies the vision for both partners, aligning alliance strategy with organizational strategy, and clearly defining goals and objectives within a timeframe.
In addition, he/she will also be involved in the discovery and identification of novel dermocosmetics innovations with high performance for chronic skin diseases that includes Acne/post acne, Atopic dermatitis, Xerosis, pigmentary disorders. Moreover, she/he will be responsible for analyzing the biological test data, collaborating with other scientists in his sphere to ensure the safety and supra performance/efficacy of new dermocosmetics. Furthermore, the candidate will stay up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements and industry trends to continuously improve our research methodologies and bioactive & biologics development processes. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of new generation of dermocosmetics and make a significant impact within our medical program.
