Job Summary

We are seeking a recent grad for a 12-month paid internship to join the Office of Transformation North America. The ideal candidate is passionate about innovation and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an intern, you will gain valuable experience working on transformation projects across various functions, including marketing, operations, and technology. You will work closely with senior members of the team to support and deliver transformation strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of transformation projects across various business units.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of transformation strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership.
  • Attend meetings and assist with the preparation of meeting materials.
  • Assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees.
  • Conduct benchmarking and best practice research to support transformation initiatives.
  • Support the development and execution of communication plans related to transformation projects.

Qualifications

  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field within the past 12-months.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Passion for innovation and transformation.
