ABOUT THE ROLE:
• Develop understanding of the consumer journey across channels and categories to identify trends and opportunities
• Continuously monitor and feedback to the Commercial & Business Development Director and Mancom on brand, category and channel performance, along with market analysis that can be used to drive positive business actions and outcomes
• Partner with the Brand Directors to be the brand commercial lead for trend (customer performance, SISO, RGM inputs, understand RSV impact on GTN)
• Work with Key Accounts, Brand and Retail team to maximize category expertise and captaincy, to gain market share and achievement of turnover across categories and channels
• Use your insights and analysis to contribute to the channel and brand strategy for the division
• Develop with your team tools and plans to drive future business avenues in current channels, as well as partner with Brand teams to plan and bring to market new brand / or new channel opportunities
• Collaborate with the Brands, Key Accounts and Retail teams to build the go to Market strategy, including brand and channel distribution
• Partner with other functions to support execution of the function’s strategy
• Lead, manage, coach, and develop your team with a high performance and results driven mindset
ABOUT YOU:
• Evidence of managing a Commercial P&L including building and analysis
• Strong category expertise (Fragrance and Premium Beauty)
• Strong knowledge of the retail landscape and premium beauty channels
• Strong knowledge and understanding of both Marketing and Commercial levers/ priorities
• Strong analytical background and familiar with data-driven insights/ recommendations
• Collaborative mindset to play facilitator role between brands and commercial teams
