ABOUT THE JOB
• Under supervision of the Commercial Director, contribute to the vision by sharing the channel perspective, risks and opportunities.
• Pilots the channel's negotiation and execution by KA team, builds the action plan to implement the Division strategy at channel/group of account level. Allocates resource accordingly, ensures accurate forecasts and adapts plan when needed.
• Drive a customer-centric omnichannel growth plan and build a strong relationship with all relevant stakeholders both internally and with customers
• Build with your team, accurate forecasts, sales plans and deliver the account/s results: sales turnover, market share, profit etc
• Analyse and define the growth levers relevant to customer with specific focus on the consumer, channel, and brand strategy
• Leverage opportunities across channels through portfolio management, leveraging opportunities and mitigating risks
• Lead your team to develop customer centric joint business plans, retailer buy in gaining alignment with all stakeholders and foster strong relationships with retailers to gain best business outcomes
• Know Understand customer profiles and deliver online and offline customer centricity.
• Drive the business as a customer leader, by collaborating with the multifunctional team and animating peer functions: marketing, supply chain, finance, category development
• Lead with a high performance and results driven mindset
• Manages, coaches and develops his/her team and leads multifunctional teamwork between your team and other functions


ABOUT YOU
• You have previous experience with retail strategies and objectives, ideally in the FMCG or retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and meet challenging deadlines
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, internally and externally to achieve goals.
• Excellent stakeholder management- we want someone with energy and passion that can bring others along the journey.
• You will have excellent analytical and commercial acumen
