ABOUT THE JOB
• Improve the Forecasts Accuracy for your portfolio of brands using the Planning tools (statistical models, sell in/out data…) and external factors.
• Collaborate with the Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply teams to understand the demand forecasting drivers.
• Challenge the forecasts from the Commercial teams with relevant data analysis (historical data, seasonality, market trends, special offers, budgets…)
• Be a driver in Launch forecast planning in collaboration with Marketing and Category teams (sizing, cannibalization/deletions in the planning stage and Run Rates review for execution)
• Manage SKU level Budget built in units and Net Revenue
• Analyse quantity and financial forecasts.
• Report of forecasts KPIs.
• Drive the S&OP meetings.
• Drive convergences and divergences versus the Budget.

ABOUT YOU
• You have 3-5+ years previous experience within a similar role and environment
• You will have strong Business acumen and a deep understanding of the Sales and Operations planning process and Supply Chain
• You will be motivated by achieving results, and managing complexity in a high-pressure environment
• You will be able to communicate in a confident and articulate manner
• You will have strong analytical skills
• You will have advanced excel skills. It would be a plus to have Power BI knowledge, to build efficient tools to analyse data
• You will have a strong work ethics
