You will

L'Oréal LDB is seeking a talented and highly motivated Revenue Growth Manager who will work alongside the Commercial, Finance & Marketing teams in ACD. Their role will be to help define the brands & category growth plans, coordinate, and execute growth programs, and optimize the revenue, focusing on key areas of:

P&L Management
Pre & Post Event Analysis
Trade spend management
Brand & Category Budget construction
Value analysis
Long term Category forecasting
Presenting & coaching wider business on RGM levers
Concept selling stories
Business partner to our Marketing, Finance and Commercial team

In addition, you will look to embed the revenue growth management across the organization in a sustainable way and to ensure that all Commercial teams have an enhanced understanding of ROI and a rigorous approach to reviewing post event analysis and acting according to the results to improve the customer and brand P&L’s


You have

Alongside experience in a similar role and excellent management & communication skills, you should be confident demonstrating all of the following:

Excellence Financial & Commercial acumen
Ability to work with multiple continuous data sources
Strong communication skills - ability to influence in small groups and also make an impact in larger presentations
Strong organisational and time management skills and ability to prioritise
Ability to deliver at real pace, presenting key findings and next steps part way through a project
Ability to work effectively in a team, but also self-sufficient and resilient when working without supervision
Confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive in their manner, the job holder will be practical and methodical in their approach to problem solving
Ability to switch between strategic and operational mind-set
