As part of the Consumers Products Division, you’ll be playing a huge part in our mission: to democratize the best of beauty, and for us, beauty has to be sustainable.

You will

Responsible for L’Oreal Paris’ Makeup merchandising across UK & Ireland.

Guardianship of brand identity: De-coding brand image, value and sense of purpose and translating appropriately for the UK and Ireland market. Understand customers, retailers, and environments to optimise all we deliver. 

Lead, engage and enable the merchandising team to design and execute the vision of L’Oreal Paris makeup activation in stores.

Collaboration and communication: 
Internally ensure transparency on deadlines and budget to manage business expectations and deliver projects that are on brand, customer focused, exciting, on time and within budget. Develop a close working relationship with external partners and suppliers to develop a common goal and synchronised way of working.  Work closely with the internal teams (MKT, Commercial, etc) to ensure a seamless way of working.

Be the face of brand merchandising with suppliers and retailers; lobbying for our brand needs to support the team and brand objectives.

Administration: Ensure all working documents are kept up to date and prepared for the following year (WIP, CPA, etc).  Share the information with the relevant stakeholders in an appropriate time frame.  Manage and adapt processes to always improve efficiency for the team.


Budget: Plan and oversee the building of the budget and ensure finance processes are maintained. Record over/under spends, flagging issues and finding savings/efficiencies where possible.

Bring an analytical view to merchandising decisions, ensuring we prioritise workload and investments on projects that will help us achieve brand business goals.

Deliver installs that uplift the brand image, ensuring sign off by the appropriate leadership teams are obtained including General manager & Brand leaders.

Team management: Responsible for the development and management of the team. Inclusive of all communication with HR and transparency with Brand Business Leader. Monitoring progress and supporting the team with their development goals.
