Job Summary: 

The Media Manager plays a vital role in the day-to-day execution and operational management of paid media campaigns for Luxe Fragrances, working within the strategic framework established by the Director and AVP of Media. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of the media landscape and a strong focus on operational efficiency. The Media Manager will be responsible for implementing media plans, tracking performance, managing budgets, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure smooth and effective campaign execution. 

What You Will Learn: 

  • Campaign Implementation & Management: Execute assigned paid media campaigns, ensuring accurate implementation of media plans, timely trafficking of assets, and adherence to budget guidelines. Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including monitoring performance, making adjustments as needed, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned campaigns, providing regular reports to the Director on campaign progress, performance insights, and areas for optimization. Pull data and generate reports as required, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Budget Monitoring & Reconciliation: Closely monitor budget pacing for assigned campaigns, flagging any potential overspending or underspending to the Director. Assist with budget reconciliation and invoice processing, ensuring accurate financial management.
  • Agency & Vendor Communication: Maintain regular communication with the media agency (and/or HOK team), providing necessary information and feedback to ensure smooth campaign execution. Coordinate with vendors as needed for campaign-related tasks.
  • Data Pulling & Analysis: Proactively pull data from various sources, including media platforms, analytics dashboards, and internal reporting systems. Analyze the data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization, sharing findings with the Director.
  • Media Asset Management: Assist with the management of media assets, ensuring that all necessary materials are properly organized, tagged, and delivered to the agency/HOK team on time.
  • Competitive Tracking & Reporting (Support): Support the Director in gathering and analyzing competitive intelligence, contributing to regular competitive reports.
  • Learning Agenda Support: Assist with the execution of assigned components of the brand’s learning agenda, contributing to the testing and optimization of media strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, e-commerce, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution and data sharing.

 

What We Are Looking For: 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in media planning, buying, and/or operations.
  • Solid understanding of the media landscape across various channels.
  • Proficiency in media planning and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows: 

Salary Range [New York]: $98,400 -$140,200 base salary (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
