We are thrilled to announce we are a Web Analytics Manager. This role will be based in beautiful St. Petersburg, FL. You will report to the senior manager, digital analytics.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced web analytics professional to join our team. In this position you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven insights and improving the performance of our website and app. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in web analytics along with a strong proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Analytics Tag Manager, BigQuery, and report development.

What You’ll Do:
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze web traffic data to identify trends, user behavior patterns, and areas for improvement. Translate data into actionable insights to optimize user experience and overall website performance.
  • Google Analytics Expertise: Leverage your expertise in GA to configure and manage advanced tracking, custom dimensions, and goals to ensure accurate and comprehensive data collection.
  • Google Analytics Tag Manager: Collaborate with partners to maintain and optimize Google Analytics Tag Manager implementation to track events, e-commerce transactions, and other relevant interactions on our web properties.
  • BigQuery Integration: Utilize BigQuery to extract and analyze large datasets from various sources, helping to uncover deeper insights and supporting business decisions.
  • Report Development: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present them to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Data Integrity and Quality: Ensure data accuracy and reliability through regular audits and data quality checks, addressing any issues that may arise promptly.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in web analytics, digital marketing, and data analysis, and apply this knowledge to enhance our analytical capabilities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in web analytics, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Analytics Tag Manager, and BigQuery.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets to derive meaningful insights.
  • Experience in report development and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and social media analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams and present findings to stakeholders.
