Join L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty in KSA as a National Key Account Manager, leading one of our key pharmacy accounts. This exciting role allows you to develop and implement winning sales strategies, driving growth and building strong partnerships within a dynamic and impactful market. Based in Jeddah, you will report directly to Head of Sales LDB collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while exceeding customer expectations.

A Day in the Life:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve monthly and annual new sales targets across various brands and franchises.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Joint Business Plans, focusing on growth in sell-in, sell-out, market share, e-commerce, stock coverage, and service levels.
  • Reconcile monthly statements of account to ensure timely collection and accurate financial management.
  • Manage the timely listing of new products and re-innovations both offline and online, optimizing stock levels at the retailer and ensuring seamless product availability during transitions.
  • Oversee hard and soft conversion projects, maximizing brand presence within the assigned key account.
  • Develop and maintain scorecards with key accounts, tracking KPIs monthly to measure performance and implement data-driven action plans.
  • Create and manage annual promotional plans and activations for monthly and quarterly events, optimizing brand participation and engagement.
  • Closely monitor promotional spending and other investments against budget, ensuring responsible financial management.
  • Manage the timely release and reconciliation of monthly, quarterly, and annual rebates, minimizing discrepancies and ensuring smooth financial operations.
  • Negotiate annual contract terms with key accounts, including rebates, discounts, margins, and stock level agreements.
  • Create and update online content for new and existing products, ensuring comprehensive product information, including descriptions, features, benefits, photos, usage instructions, and cautionary details.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with key account category management and buying teams, taking appropriate actions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate actively in monthly forecast meetings, analyzing demand based on sell-out data and stock levels, and adjusting sell-in strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor and report on competitive activities, including new launches, promotions, activations, and re-innovations, developing effective defense plans.
  • Communicate opportunities, risks, and challenges to the direct manager and internal stakeholders, setting clear expectations and fostering transparent collaboration.

We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in managing key accounts within the FMCG industry, ideally with exposure to the pharmacy channel.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to develop and execute effective plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A data-centric approach to decision-making, using data analysis to inform strategies and track performance.
  • Proven team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
