- Achieving brand consolidated targets through building differentiated shopper-centric account strategies
- Setting the overall activation strategy & 360 Plan for online retailers (media, promo, bundles…)
- Owning the shopper journey and delivering differentiated shopper marketing solutions through test and learn
- Implementing differentiated in store activations and owning the budget
- Collaborating with the commercial team and OBMs on promo plan & catalogue to drive consistent YOY growth
- Analyzing activation ROI and implement learnings
- Monitoring the listing and distribution process of new launches with a weekly/monthly follow up
- Knowing the shopper inside out and providing that info [eg Retailer data] to the rest of the team
- Owning overall merchandising for new products in bricks channels
- Driving shopper and retailer differentiation
- Managing the brand merchandising budget
