Summary:

In this role, the candidate is primarily responsible for the on-time, in-full execution of the brand’s retail expression in the salons & counters. The individual should lead and manage the cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the delivery of retail commitments—from internal teams to salons / salon owners to suppliers. 

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Project Management

• Plan and setup the proposals of different design commitments / executions in the selected salons and counters (both CAPEX and brand staging commitments)
• Work closely with the brand team and visual merchandiser on the design details for each project
• Work closely with the commercial key account managers to help present and get approval from the salons / salon owners on the designs of each project
• Lead and manage the on-time, in-full delivery of the suppliers based on each project

Stakeholder Management

• Lead and manage the regular meetings on all retail execution topics 
• Lead the presentation of all design commitments in selected salons, together with the visual merchandiser and key account manager
• Work closely with the brand team in managing the budget and timings of each project with the selected salons & counters
• Put together the status report of each project that will be presented to internal teams (zone, PPD cross-functional team)

Retail Execution Audit & Maintenance

• Regularly route and audit all retail executions in identified salons & counters and report the status of each execution to both internal & external parties
• Coordinate closely between suppliers & salons on salon repairs & maintenance
• Help in coordinating the logistical needs of each execution (permits, manpower, etc.)

Key Competencies:

• Candidate needs to possess strong project management and organization skills: should be able to create clear Gantt charts with detailed timings & deliverables and should be able to track each status of each commitment in selected salons & counters
• Candidate needs to be able to manage & push the stakeholders to ensure that the project keeps moving forward and that commitments are kept 
• Candidate needs to have an eye for detail & beauty and make the decision if the deliverables are not up to par with the agreed design / commitment

Required Skills / Experience:

• At least 5 years work / project management experience
• Good presentation and communication ability
• Able to liaise with all level of people internally and externally
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
