We have a suitable opening in the function of Sales Administration & Support for the position of Executive - Sales Administration for our L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty Division based in Mumbai. The candidate should have 2 - 4 years of relevant experience. The details of the job are given below:

Key Job Accountabilities:

    • Data collation and management to ensure better analysis of sales performance in the region
    • Coordination with various stakeholders in sales and training within the region to ensure smoother operations
    • Offtake Reporting (recording sales data), Competition data check, Training Reports & Coordination with Sales & Training
    • Sharing regular sales update with the sales team and the Sales Manager
    • Ensuring that the sales data is entered in the company system
    • Updating the competition data & tracker
    • Coordinate with the sales team for uploading the targets, focus products, Incentive tracking
    • Coordinate with various departments & Vendors for better functioning
    • Other activities include: Reimbursement tracking, organizing month-end meetings, booking of venues/hotels for sales team, purchase order generation, etc.

Key Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
    • Understanding of SAP
    • Good communication and written skills in English
    • Flexibility to work long hours at the time of month-end reporting
    • Good at following up and stakeholder management

Education:

  • Graduate and above
