What You Will Learn:

Supervise and provide technical support and operational guidance to mechanical and production personnel.  This includes, but is not limited to, training of all team members, development of SOPs, acting as quality control for complex repairs.  This position requires flexibility to work any shift.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma with post-secondary technical training, certifications, and equivalent experience or Engineering Degree 
• 5+years in technical or production capacity involving packaging equipment.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow detailed procedures;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
