Key Job Accountability:

To provide short-term production planning for the Production Unit and sub-contracting bulk according to monthly schedules, availability of bulk packaging articles and raw materials, production hazards, headcounts available and the various logistical and commercial requirements.

  • Ensure accuracy and update of data related to short-term planning: formulas, technical series, set up matrix, etc
  • Manage the bulk stock
  • Manage the supply of articles called up
  • Follow the execution of the production plan and the reasons for its non-execution
  • Provide optimized planning on production tools while respecting rules and procedures to avoid breaches
  • Adjust the production planning for the month in progress, m+1 and m+2 while respecting the monthly planning cycle
  • Participate in meetings, work groups or multi-disciplinary projects to contribute to improving the packaging or manufacturing process
  • Work as part of a team with all the employees involved in the manufacturing and packaging process favoring a spirit of mutual help and cooperation
  • Participate in the training of new colleagues


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of relevant job as Planner.
  • Prior experience working in a high speed, complex manufacturing and/or supply chain environment preferred.
  • Fluent in English
  • Required Skill(s): SAP, Advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, databases, macros, Power BI, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and possesses strong organization skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to analyze and manipulate large amounts of data.
