L’Oreal USA is excited to announce the establishment of a People Services function, based in Tampa, Florida. The People Services function will take on and centralize critical, operational Human Resources work with a goal of increasing collaboration, leveraging shared knowledge, and creating a more consistent employee experience. What You Will Learn:
Provide all aspects of technical support the Corporate Payroll team in their mission to provide customer service excellence to the L’Oréal USA employee population. Support day to day tier one technical support activities including reporting, system access & functionality inquiries, and error handling. Manage security access to all payroll related systems (Payroll & Time). Serve as local time system expert including ability to complete basic configuration updates to support business and compliance change requests. Act as business analyst/liaison between payroll and internal & external technical resources when escalation or project initiation is required.
System security set up and account management
Management of interfaces including daily HR interface / integration and vendor interfaces
Case and project management to support change (new benefit program introduction as example)
Time system expertise including ability to update rule configuration to support change (new location, shift or PTO plan as example)
Ability to interpret technical interface specification and communicate requirements
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
HS diploma or equivalent coupled with 6 plus years’ related experience
Project management
Multi-state large employer experience
Technical aptitude / background
Extensive payroll & time system knowledge including time rule configuration
Proficient in MS Office applications specifically excel
Physical in-office presence
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced complex deadline-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and/or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC)
ADP Vantage SmartCompliance, Payroll & Vantage Time Platform experience
UKG (Kronos) Time & Attendance Platform knowledge
