A Day in the Life 

As Supply planner for CZ/HU/SK, you will report to the Supply Chain Manager and join the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty supply chain team in Prague, working closely with Czech and French colleagues to ensure product availability while optimising stock and costs.

• Planning & Inventory Management 
  • Manage stock levels to meet country objectives; determine stock and supply parameters aligned to service rate, cost and global stock targets 
  • Monitor slow movers and obsoletes and drive corrective action plans
• Replenishment & Supply Execution 
  • Manage replenishment process: evaluate shortages, set priorities and communicate with factories and local stakeholders
  • Ensure timely follow-up and escalation to secure availability
• Analysis & Continuous Improvement 
  • Analyse inventory data, identify trends and propose cost-optimisation measures 
  • Work with planning systems to process data, produce reports and improve forecast accuracy
• Collaboration & Communication 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (commercial, supply, factories) and liaise with Czech and French teams to align priorities

We Are Looking For 

• You’re pragmatic, analytical and business-minded, able to move quickly while keeping a long-term view.
• Experience: ideally 2–4 years in Supply Chain/Planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort with data and Excel / planning systems
• Commercial sense and ability to define/prioritise actions to reduce slow movers and costs
• Able to work in a changing environment and collaborate across countries
• Languages: fluent English; Czech is a plus
