Define local luxe growth strategy per channel, retailer and category aligned with GM and Business unit heads
Identify opportunities/whitespaces in different categories across different channels
Lead top to top relationship and negotiation with retailers offline and online for the division
Deliver sell in targets monthly across offline and online by working with business unit and online teams
Track brand by brand sales targets for each customer down to categories
Ensure coordination with multi-division on common customers
Animate business planning – construct commercial customer forecast (SO, SI, baseline, promo and launch ) and ensure alignment with marketing plans
Understand the key drivers & building blocks of the forecast including sell out & sell in ambition and ensure maximum accuracy of the forecasting process
Drive local RGM strategy
REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of experience working in sales, understanding both offline and online business
Analytical and good business sense
Ambitious and strategic
Entrepreneurial and resourceful, good judgement, good negotiation skills
Able to handle complexity, identify gaps in processes to simplify
Good individual influencing/communication skills to be able to interact and convince external & internal stakeholders
