PURPOSE
The Vice President, Commercial Strategy will be the strategic advisor and expert responsible for overseeing the development and execution of sales strategies that support profitable revenue growth for the Dermatological Beauty Division. Currently competing within the skincare & haircare categories with plans to extend into additional segments and categories through innovation or acquisition, this role will lead the internal commercial team for assigned businesses including customer strategy and operations, category development, Customer Marketing & Revenue Growth Management. The VP, Commercial Strategy will guide the team to incorporate brand objectives, strategies, shopper and category insights and customer requirements that integrate, align, and achieve retailer and Dermatological Beauty Division goals to drive sales growth. Through their direct reports, the VP, Commercial Strategy will own the customer business planning process aligning annual LDB brand goals with in-market customized retailer strategies. The VP, Commercial Strategy will also serve as a leadership liaison between all internal cross-functional partners to ensure communication, alignment, and execution of the sales strategies while removing barriers to success and mitigating business plan risk. Additionally, this role requires excellent leadership and motivational skills with a strong focus on people development. The incumbent must be able to drive results through the management of both direct and indirect resources related to sales, marketing, ecommerce, finance, supply chain, operations, external agency partners and other internal Loreal CPD or LDB functions in order to maximize sales volume and achieve profit objectives.

Responsible for contributing insights on business development in collaboration with Field Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Finance, Operations/Supply Chain, and other Internal Cross-Functional colleagues.
