KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct benchmarking studies, analyze and brainstorm improvements areas to add value to retail analytics dashboard for BACC (Beauty Advisor Conversational Commerce).
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders from business, data analytics and vendors to test, verify and roll out BACC dashboard phase 2 to various markets and brands.
  • Support building new capabilities in BACC by working on a few features; understand problems to be solved, propose solutions, write functional specifications, and ship a few features for BACC.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
  • Passionate about retail, e-commerce and product management. Be able to observe industry trends
  • and provide new ideas
  • Good communication skills. Be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and work
  • collaboratively with them
  • Strong analytical skills. Be able to understand data and leverage data to create business insights
  • Attention to detail
  • Education: Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Business, or Economics is preferred
