You Will

• Lead and drive the teams responsibly to achieve sales targets by delivering outstanding customer service
• Coach and train BAs’ team to develop selling and service skills
• Manage stock and make sure that store have enough and right stock for sales
• Proposed and plan in-store activities with Sales Supervisor to boost sales
•  Control and correct counter quality and merchandising
• Provide data to Sales Supervisor for Roster, OT, competitors information, feedback market situation

You Have

• At least Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• Minimum 7 years of experience in retail sales including 3 years in managing team
• Have a good service mind and strong customer centric in creating an excellent customer experience
• Strong Analytical skills
• Ability in using Microsoft Excel, Word
• Basic English communication in speaking
