What will you do? 

Responsible for payment related operations and SME for chargeback operations

You are expected to manage the following:

Manage electronic payments efficiency for e-commerce and retail.

  • Responsible for transaction monitoring for all e-commerce websites and for retail electronic payments
  • Reporting of incidents and issues to Payment leader
  • Build and monitor relevant KPI for daily/monthly/quarterly reporting.
  • Identify gaps and work on action plan with relevant working groups on process improvements and payment KPI optimization.


Fraud management

  • Responsible for antifraud rules analysis to optimize payment KPIs.
  • SME for chargeback operations
  • Familiar with fraud management tool and control access to platform back office
  • Escalate any fraud incidents or gaps to payment leader.
  • Be the referent for innovation & market watch
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge on payment methods, PSP, fraud tools and techno in the zone.
  • Participate in payment technology discussions and events.


Project management

  • Support Zone PSP roadmap and implementation
  • Support implementation project (early-stage discussion with a new provider, technical workshops, contract negotiation, integration) with the other departments, IT, supply, accounting, legal, treasury
  • Provide basic training to country teams where applicable.
  • On board new e shops 


Who are we looking for?

  • 3 years of working experience of relevant analytics / reporting experience in digital products
  • Analytical skills and the ability to identify key trends in data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Ability to present to different levels.
  • Excellent communication and business-facing skills, both written and verbal
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify anomalies in the payment KPIs.
  • Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint is required; Analytics tools experience like Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate as a team player, communicate and report across different business functions.
