Who am I?
As Mass trade sales support I am responsible for many different processes to proactively provide help  the Key-Account Managers (KAMs) within this team, so they can focus on their core activity. Mass Trade includes both e-commerce and our drug/parapharmacy customers. You are an important link between the KAMs and several other departments such as marketing, controlling and supply chain and ensure that all information exchange between these teams happen successfully.

My responsibilities:

1. SUPPORT MASS TRADE TEAM

The responsibilities include:  

  • Creation of new customer numbers 
  • Support on invoice dispute management 
  • Creation of Purchase Orders linked to COOP/ media investments 
  • Helping in assessing our ‘Fair Value Marketing Investments’ based on a template 
  • Credit note creation in cooperation with our CSO (Customer Service Operations team) 
  • Promo off invoice calculations (based on performance during a promotion) 
  • Out of stock follow up (communication based on information received from our supply chain team) 
  • Data integration in our local PowerBI dashboards used to track performance  

2. LDB PARTNERSHOP  

This year we will be launching a new B2B platform within our division. During the period leading to the launch you will work together with our Commercial Acceleration Lead to ensure a successful launch of the website. Your responsibilities will be linked to the administrative part of the launch.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Catalog Management : Manage on time integration of products and correct details on site, update product data and remove discontinued products. 
  • Website animation: Creation of Digital Content and Animations for the website (brand pages, banners, landing pages, pop-ups) in order to promote New product launches and animations. 
  • Adapt all local documentation and training material for the commercial team and keep this updated on the platform 
  • Defects Management: Create, track and update defects when a problem in Development environment  occurs and can't be solved at local level. 
  • Stakeholder management: being the link between our commercial team, marketing and training / business development teams to optimize content and customer journey, but also to create and implement yearplans and animations 

Our ideal candidate has:

  • At least 2-5 years of experience
  • Experience with fast and effective internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Experienced with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in English and native in either French or Dutch
