V.I.E. Brandstorm 2024/25 (international assignment – 18 months)

Your V.I.E. mission:

 

Join our Talent Acquisition Team and lead L’Oréal Brandstorm 2024/2025 for the cluster Austria - Germany – Switzerland. L’Oréal Brandstorm is the L’Oréal groups signature innovation competition for young talents. Find out more about Brandstorm here. Your main responsibilities:

 

  • Be the project leader for Brandstorm 2024/25 on cluster level
  • Plan and organize the competition from kick-off, to activation, to local + international final
  • Carry out Brandstorm workshops at universities and conduct Masterclasses
  • Manage stakeholders of the competition internally and externally
  • Activate for Brandstorm online and offline
  • Develop new ideas to activate Brandstorm and boost registration as well as participation

 

Your profile:
 

  • University’s degree, ideally in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration
  • First experiences in project and event management, planning, organization
  • Can-do-mentality and results orientation
  • Comfortable with high complexity and managing different workstreams at the same time
  • Keeping the big picture in mind while also having an eye for details
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management
  • English on level C1 minimum is a must

 


 
The V.I.E./international assignment program:

 

  • The V.I.E. program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Monaco) aged 29 years or under.
