Senior Product Manager Maybelline – Consumer Products Division

Every day we push boundaries in the world of traditional and digital strategies to advance the brand building, the retail excellence and the digital engagement creating real emotion through memorable brand experiences and creative marketing initiatives.

Now we are looking for a Senior Product Manager Maybelline able to fully embrace Marketing at the Digital age. 

You will…

  • Be accountable to develop the Equity of the brand
  • Be obsessed to prepare impactful campaigns, be the media owner, preparing and optimizing the campaigns assets
  • Implement new launches and marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital) and create the right angle to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
  • Define the Digital Strategy of the brands and become a guru in Digital Tools
  • Decode U&A’s and rest consumer researches to core brand building actions steps
  • Propose disruptive strategies & affect decision making
  • Deep dive on your product métier and own your brand portfolio
  • Impact on people by influencing, leading communities and acting as a role expert
  • Have A&P budget and P&L responsibility
  • Make recommendations to management on the category based on one’s expertise of the consumer, market and competitors
  • Track, measure, and report performance of your assigned brands

 

You have… 

Master’s degree in business management

5+ years of experience in brand marketing

Proficient communication skills in Greek & English (written & verbal)
