Key Job Accountabilities
  • Lead and drive Beauty Advisor team in achieving sales targets and business objectives by delivering outstanding customer service
  • Execute Business analysis to identify business opportunities and drive actions to maximize selling opportunity
  • Consolidate customers responses and insights and feedback to brand team members
  • Coordinate with retailers on promotions and events
  • Bring field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programmes with marketing and commercial departments
  • Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute to brand growth targets 
  • Ensure stock level and promotional activities to be implemented in stores
  • Maintain brand image and store standards are executed and maintained at company requirements
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Degree holder with years of experience in retail management, preferably in beauty/retail
  • Strong analytical skills and sensitive to figures
  • Assertive, self-motivated, excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Less experienced candidates can be considered for Assistant Account Operation Manager
