What You Will Learn:
This is a role within Customer Service with the goal of receiving, troubleshooting, and releasing work to our Distribution Centers while also looking for and working on initiatives to improve processes and streamline activities.
This position will have a significant portion of their time dedicated to the day-to-day management of order flow for the assigned customer accounts while supporting key metrics and KPIs
