What You Will Learn:   


The Quality Analyst will assist in quality programs throughout the site. This position will manage the cycle count and adjustment processes in accordance with established procedures. This position will also manage the daily order audit program while implementing continuous improvement projects that impact quality in L’Oreal Cranbury. You will support quality initiatives that drive the quality objectives for the site.



What We Are Looking For:

Preferred: BA/BS Degree Supply Chain or Engineering Preferred

  • Required: Intermediate level Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Required: 1-3 years of experience in a warehousing / manufacturing operation
  • Preferred: Ability to deliver presentations to a varied audience
  • Preferred: SAP, WMS, WCS and/or TMS systems experience
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis without the need for legal sponsorship now or in the future (required)

Key Job Functions:

  • Adjustments – Monitor and control inventory system transactions and research questionable Adjustments on Salesforce and SAP.
  • Audits – Responsible for monitoring daily audit, influencing others on performing audits, performing audits as needed, and organizing target audits according to results on violations and shortages reports. Report the results.
  • Cycle counting – Responsible for assisting and influencing in cycle counting, monitoring cycle count processes, reporting the results, and managing cycle count (when needed). Responsible for PWC audit.
  • Automation – Identify opportunities to automate data collection and quality processes. Partner with CI Analyst to develop dashboards on Power Bi that will enable to team to visualize quality KPIs faster, use data to improve audit focus, and minimize time spent on running reports. Train teams on how to use newly developed dashboards.
  • Document control – Maintain and update procedures for the DC utilizing the appropriate document control systems as instructed by the CI&Q Manager, including, writing, re-writing, and checking physical locations for documents.
  • ADI Auditing – Manage the 90-day waste/ADI disposal process. Audit & ensure accurate processing, i.e. invoice states “witness burn”, but no “witness burn” needed - PO/Invoice reconciliation (manifest)
  • Reporting – Compile daily, weekly, monthly, and annual Quality KPI reports.
