Key Job Accountabilities:
- Localize the education programs with South East Asia & other countries
- Simplify classroom training material adapting to the culture and brand strategies
- Analyze KPIs and feedback from mysterious shopper programs
- Execute educational programs including product knowledge & service excellence to serve the business objectives
- Coach & empower frontline colleagues to serve our global shoppers across South East Asia, HK, Macau & Taiwan
- Partner with store managers & commercial team to advise from education perspective
- Support education initiatives and ad-hoc projects for improvement
- Passionate about training & people empowerment by learning & development
- Sensitive to business across cultures & geographies
- Listen, network and connect to people from all walks of life
- Training delivery skills, communication skills and presentation skills
- People & service oriented
