POSITION: Assistant Manager, Data Driven Marketing – CRM


REPORTS TO: Sr. Manager – DDx

LOCATION: St. Petersburg, Florida (SalonCentric National Operations Center)



The Assistant Manager of Data Driven Marketing will collaborate with internal team members and brands to bring customer lifecycle activations and monthly campaigns to life. This position implements and executes marketing communications that directly touch and influence our customers by understanding the overall strategy and objectives.  An integral part of the position is to work cross functionally with Creative, Marketing, Analytics, eCommerce, Technology, and 3rd Party Vendors to action and achieve business driving goals. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, is detail-oriented, with the ability to problem-solve and identify solutions.   Basic comprehension and understanding of campaign data flows, necessary to execute campaigns, is beneficial. The prime candidate exhibits qualities being nimble in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment, and always has an omni-channel mindset.



  • Use data to plan and execute targeted, journey-based marketing campaigns to drive KPIs such as sales conversion, retention, and repeat.
  • Help to manage comprehensive CRM campaign calendar to support SalonCentric initiatives, as well as key Brand priorities across Omni Channel activities, to meet defined customer segments.
  • Work with Third Party vendors in setting up CRM assets for campaign activity, ensuring cohesion and proper execution across multiple channels.
  • Brainstorm and implement new tactics to continue to grow acquisition, engagement, education, and loyalty of SalonCentric programs, marketing channels and customers.
  • Review and analyze campaign performance, such as engagement, sales, and customer behavior, to draw insights and learnings to incorporate into future campaigns.



  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact professionally with all levels of management, brand partners and outside vendors. Able to mobilize others to achieve results.
  • Demonstrated project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accelerate multiple projects simultaneously while remaining detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Email, App and SMS Marketing – creative eye, attention to detail and a strong interest in understanding user experience.
  • Organization and project management. Ability to manage multiple brands through collaborative strategic planning and execution.
  • Experience in SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, and PowerBI is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related fields preferred.
