Director - Customer Marketing – Next Big Brands


OPPORTUNITY

  • Dedicated person to better understand the retailer and drive account specific program.
  • Drive incremental volume by unlocking customer activations
  • Deliver efficiencies by having dedicated member to evaluate retailer programs ROI, trade lifts  and sell through analysis
  • Provide additional level of support to retail customers, unlocking better partnerships
  • Liaison between Sales and Marketing to drive content needs during tentpole/launch moments
  • Provide ecommerce support for ratings review and optimizing digital awareness
  • DISPLAY STRATEGY & EXECUTION: owner of in-store display strategy & execution to achieve brand + customer-specific objectives. Responsibilities would include:
    1. End-to-end project management (ensure timelines & key milestones are met cross-functionally) 
    2. Display thematic & concept creation
    3. Creative development of display renders
    4. Preparation of materials to assist with sell-in
    5. Forecast pass, DPM set up
    6. Sell-through & lift analysis
  • E-COMMERCE SUPPORT: 
    1. Lead on Salsify: ensuring all up to date copy, imagery is uploaded in Salsify for account teams to leverage (copy writing led by DMI/MKT OPS)
    2. Liaison between sales & marketing on content needs during tentpole/launch moments (content creation led by DMI/MKT OPS)
    3. Ratings & reviews generation (pre-seeding) during launch cycles

-        CUSTOMER-SPECIFIC TRADE ACTIVATION SUPPORT: 

  1. Liaison with sales for execution of trade-specific programs
  2. Responsible for providing all marketing materials to execute with excellence
  3. Programs to support include (but not limited to): beauty boxes/sampling, demo events, trade-shows, beauty consultant training, etc. 
  4. Lead for Promo on DPM – kits & bundles
  5. Other retailer needs: Retailer specific signage (create and deliver); SHOP Orders; Beauty Box creation for retailers; Retail specific DFSI’s and Catalina
  6. Owns display tracker & display budget

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

  • Salary Range: $140,100 – 203,2000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
