POSITION TITLE: Executive Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY: 

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our skinbetter science brand, helping provide executive support for the US General Manager and Co-founders. The Executive Assistant will provide top level administrative support in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include working cross functionally with the entire US team, calendar and travel management, preparation of documents and correspondence, screening messages, as well as knowledge of company assignment. Due to the nature of the role, the EA must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the need to exercise good work ethic and integrity regarding confidentiality in the workplace. 

 

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Communicate directives and information from leadership to management and their teams
  • Arrange travel itineraries and preparing travel and expense reports, organizing and maintaining central filing system 
  • Manage and maintain a complex calendar(s)
  • Advanced word processing of all memos, emails, letters, agendas, meeting minutes, etc.
  • Coordinate large meetings including the management of attendees, booking location and time, arranging meal and any materials/assets needed 
  • Special project work 
  • Organizing and managing team POs
  • Provide administrative support to the US Executive team as needed


REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 10+ years of administrative support at an executive level
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent skill in full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and other)
  • High degree of confidentiality and the ability to manage sensitive information
  • Strong verbal and written skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining priorities

Salary Range: 76k- 110k + bonus
