Founded in 2008 by Jamie Kern Lima and Paulo Lima in the United States, IT Cosmetics was developed with leading plastic surgeons to provide women with innovative, clinically proven, problem-solving makeup and skincare products. In 2016, IT Cosmetics was acquired and is now part of L’Oréal.
IT Cosmetics will be one of the key growth drivers for the L’Oreal Luxe division and the Retail and Education Manager is, in close cooperation with the brand team, responsible for the successful launch of the brand in Finland. The recruitment and education of our new teams and retailer staff is critical to the success along with building collaborative relationships with our new stores.
We are looking for someone who will lead by example, with a genuine excitement and passion for cosmetics and the brand, with our consumers in mind at all times. Your mission is to lead and educate our retail team to deliver outstanding results, deliver best-in class consumer experience in-store, developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with store personnel and internal functions, to establish IT Cosmetics as a leading prestige make-up and skincare brand in Finland. The role reports to Nordic Brand Director for IT Cosmetics located in Copenhagen.
Your key job accountabilities:
• Achieve retail budgets and ensure plans are executed in-line with brand goals.
• Work closely with the Nordic brand team to set priorities, education strategy, retail budgets and activity plans specific for the Finnish market.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of the local education strategy for the brand in all channels.
• Own the development and education of IT Cosmetics Field Consultant (Rotator), including performance HR processes
• Previous retail and education experience, ideally within beauty industry
• Experience in team management
• Experience and understanding of effective sales techniques and customer service
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluency in both Finnish and English
• A positive and proactive personality.
