Key Job Accountabilities
・Implement the E-commerce Mger/Director strategy: In respect with the brand / division model, increase brand’s online & multi-channels turnover, setting out the distance-selling strategy for a given clientele, ensuring incubation of new businesses & brand growth in the business market (e-commerce, m-commerce…), in line with brand’s identity and objectives.
・Lead a cross functional program/project to deploy new EC platform with connecting related other systems including third party solutions keeping UX, UI and sales as existing EC sites.
・Migrate existing data to new EC platform smoothly.
・Enhance owned EC platform continuously to improve sales and UX after implementation including optimization of site ergonomy / e-merchandizing : catalogue, promos, testing, new parts on the site, … in link with the marketing plan
・Act as technical/technology guardian in supporting e-Biz team to accelerate the D2C business growth
・Track and measure site & Business performance to increase programs ROI
・Responsible for assignments other than brand E-Business (e.g. Webmastering, Web Analytics, Media, CRM, depending on job allocation within the team and individuals’ expertises) "
・Facilitate new technology, tools and partners deployment to improve own e-commerce platforms performance
Must Have Aspects
・3+ years experience in leading cross functional business program/project managements for launching B2B/B2C system/service deployment
・Experience in co-working with IT teams for developing service / system
・Core project management skill; risk management, error management, change request management
・Translating business requirements into E-commerce system to convey to system vendor to maximize performance
・Strong ownership to get things done
・Strong communication skill in English with various parties

・Experience of D2C e-commerce business operation, technical account management, customer care, supply chain related operation is plus
・Working experience on E-com back-end system, web analysitcs and tag management tool
・Experience of AGILE development scheme is plus
・Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java script is plus
・Demandware experience is plus
・People/Team Management experience is plus
・Professional career in FMCG industry is plus
