Your responsibilities:

  • By leading Category Management and Trade Marketing functions, build comprehensive shopper activation strategy for brands and markets addressing consumer needs, shopper behavior and customer strategies;
  • With Division MANCOM, build the Division Health and Beauty category vision and action plan, based on thorough analysis of shopper, consumer and market data;
  • Gain category captainship through trustful relations with retailers and adapted business driver improvement plan;
  • Ensure the consistency of the category plans across the Division brands providing fact based arbitrages between brands when needed;
  • Lead and follows up the rolling out of category projects;
  • Help improving shopper insight competencies within the multifunctional team, playing a central role in a customer and shopper centric Account Plan Building;
  • Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives;
  • Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programs, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets;
  • Bring field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programs with marketing and commercial departments;
  • Implement, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team;
  • Recruit, develop and manage Trade Marketing & Category Management teams;

Your skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing and category management position;
  • Work with POSM and agencies;
  • Good communication and organizational skills;
  • Management dynamism;
  • English language as a must;
  • Russian language considered as advantage;

The controller of  personal data is L’Oréal Polska Sp. z o.o with its registered office in Warsaw (00-844) at Grzybowska 62. The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of the recruitment process in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the General Regulation on Personal Data of 27 April 2016, (hereinafter GDPR). Provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the participation in recruitment process. Failure to provision of personal data will result in the inability to participate in the recruitment process.
