ABOUT THE JOB

  • Manage the costs and recharges associates with the Beauty advisers 
    • Credit Salary Subsidy Charges deducted by retailers
    • Charge proportional costs to retailer for payroll paid by L’Oréal
    • Customer services relationship to manage outstanding in error invoices with the relater and liaise with Credit management in customer care.
    • Maintain and update working sheet for central place of amalgamated costs.
  • Maintain and support both BA and Retail and Education mangers on the use of Tinme2Work.
    • Manage BA pay queries relating to shifty allocation.
    • Assist in  shift management
  • Process & calculate monthly commissions.
    • Run reporting by brand
    • Payment files by retailer
    • Maintain central working document of all commission payments

ABOUT YOU

  • You have 2+ years' in a similar role ideally within the retail industry
  • You will have previous experience working with high volumes and deadlines to meet business expectations
  • You must demonstrate strong agility and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage various stakeholders within the business.
