IT EMEA’s purpose is to answer and anticipate business expectations efficiently by deploying and developing IT solutions accross Europe, Middle East and Africa.

As a true business partner for all our divisions, our multicultural team directly contributes to the success of L’Oréal’s brand portfolio: Lancôme, Yves-Saint Laurent, Biotherm, Kiehl’s, La Roche Posay, Vichy, Garnier, Maybelline New-York, Kerastase, Redken (…)

Responsibilities and main missions:

  • Website monitoring solution management and administration
  • Definition of scenarios for all websites hosted in EMEA realm and monitoring of their performances
  • Define, document and maintain Quality criteria and best practices
  • Monthly KPI dashboard creation and analysis
  • Action plan definition and follow-up in order to improve website performances
  • Platform workflows monitoring (data exchange between different e-commerce layers: Demandware, OMS, SAP, CRM...)
  • Risk communication and mitigation in a timely manner
  • Maintain QA documentation keeping it accurate and complete
  • Account role definition and access granting for all users using digital tools such as Demandware, Jira and our different PSP providers.

Experience and expected qualities:

To fill this position, we are looking for a strong team-player with excellent communication / interpersonal skills. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to achieve results, innovate, and communicate confidently with a wide range of people at all levels of responsibilities.

  • Strong Quality Assurance skills and wide technical knowledge
  • Mastering at least one monitoring solution (Catchpoint, Keynote, IP Label…)
