As the Payroll & Admin Executive, you will support in payroll management and related administration activities under the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Beauty Advisor (BA) payroll (non-stat and stat)
  • Manage the SAP and Carol systems
  • Provide HR support (letter administration) and work closely with Payroll Lead in office management payroll update in SAP
  • Update headcount and HR book (monthly)
  • To handle and involve in payroll interface and manage payroll vendor
  • Work closely on BA work related

Required Skills / Competencies / Experience:
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of payroll experience in SAP
  • Strong knowledge in Excel, EA and statutory
  • Had payroll analysis background as added advantage
